Welcome to the Customers & Engagement track! I have chaired the track for the last three conferences and will be doing so again this year. We just went through the submissions for conference speaking proposals this afternoon (they were due yesterday) and we have nearly 50% more than last year with some really great topics proposed! I can’t wait to go through them and begin to assemble some themes for the conference this year. There’s so much to talk about and so many great speakers with great advice! Whether you’re a speaker or an attendee, I look forward to interacting with all of you in order have the most productive Gilbane conference ever!
